Fold the tops down (inside out) and stuff the bag into the bottom of a small ramekin.
The baggies will now hold about 1/3 to 1/2 cup liquid without spilling a drop. I use a measuring cup to insure each one has the same amount of product. When folded back up, the seams are facing each other in the correct configuration and can be easily sealed.
No muss, no fuss — clean as a whistle.
Flatten the little bags slightly and stuff them inside a quart-size or larger freezer Ziploc bag and toss them in the freezer. You won’t need to make the product again for quite a while.
The filling I loaded into a dozen bags is my Pizza Robusto Sauce. For the recipe, click Great Pizza here.
