Super quick and easy, these buttery, orange-infused cookies are a hit at any event.
4 ounces butter, melted (not hot)
1 large egg
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate (thawed from frozen)
1/2 teaspoon Kool-aid orange drink mix powder (not sweetened)
1 boxed yellow cake mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Scoop dough onto greased cookie sheets in 1″ balls using purple disher (about 1.5 ounce).
Set about 1-1/2 inches apart. Bake for 15-16 minutes until the edges show a light golden browning.
Cool completely and remove to serving dish. Yield: about 2 dozen.
